Marty O'Malley
President and CEO
Founder and Chairman of
the Board of Directors

Marty O'Malley is a Real Estate Broker with 35+ years experience and a history of over $300 Million in AAA Western property acquisitions, He is the Founder and Chief Visionary of  of Deer Park Development Corporation PLC.  A graduate of the University of Miami Fla. Business school, Marty called Scottsdale, Arizona home for 28 years and has spent the last six years in Las Vegas.  Marty has developed a new approach for investors with his goal to purchase and re-sell foreclosed properties for profit.  As Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO, Mr. O'Malley takes charge of new opportunities and ideas and turns them into success!


Julie O'Malley
Secretary and Treasurer,
Board of Directors

Julie O’Malley is a native of Las Vegas Nevada, She helped her family build and operate one of the most successful provision businesses in Nevada.  As Secretary and Treasurer on the Board of Directors at Deer Park Development Corporation, PLC.  Julie monitors all monies with recommendations to the Board on new investments. 


David Taylor

David's 12 years experience in building and mechanical maintenance, combined with his computer repair expertise make him the ideal choice for Deer Park's needs.  His responsibilities include, scheduling and staffing property improvements and maintenance, acquisition-installation-supervision-repair of all computer and other electronic devices necessary to function in today's corporate environment.  David is, in addition to his other duties,  an important liaison between CEO and staff.  He got his start with Deer Park Development Corporation PLC working as the shop foreman in the company's cabinet shop, where his leadership skills made him a valuable addition to the Deer Park team. 


Cindy Taylor
Administrative Assistant
to the CEO

Cindy has been an executive assistant for over 10 years.  Cindy got her start with Deer Park Development Corporation PLC working as the receptionist-secretary to the CEO in an extremely busy environment at the corporation's cabinet shop.  Cindy's voice is the first contact many customers have with Deer Park.  Her eternally sunny disposition, expert telephone personality combined with her excellent office skills make her an indispensable member of the Deer Park team.


Kathy Jensen
Head of Website Development,
Administrative Assistant
to the CPA

Kathy has been a full charge bookkeeper for over 30 years and a web designer for the last 10 years.  Her duties include consulting on creation, design and maintenance of the corporate website and document preparation for the corporate CPA.  She is a welcome addition to the Deer Park team.


David Fischer
Director of Property Maintenance

David has several years experience working as a carpet and flooring installer as well as 20 years experience in general construction.  His talents at getting the job done under budget and in a timely manner make him a wise choice for the Deer Park team.  David's responsibilities include maintenance of properties owned by the corporation and execution of scheduled improvements with reputable licensed contractors, and keeping all the properties ready to show to prospective buyers.
