Deer Park Development Corp. is a Nevada based Corporation focused on distressed real estate opportunities in Arizona and Nevada. The CEO Marty O'Malley has been trading AAA Western Properties for over thirty years. Through his private family trust, he has engaged in over $300 million dollars worth of principal transactions. Deer Park Development Corp. represents the first company he has created that allows for direct public participation in ground floor acquisitions that are presented to Deer Park as a result of a thirty year network of prior transactions.

The last time something like this happened was in the late 80’s early 90’s. At that time the government formed what was to become known as the Resolution Trust Corporation or the "RTC". People who realized what was happening and had the wear with all got in the market and profited handsomely from their efforts. The management of Deer Park believes that this real estate debacle is going on longer and will cut much deeper than the days of the RTC.

It has been our goal for the last three years to prepare our company financially for this crisis. With 35 + years of experience in the industry we have the contacts, business associates and acumen to deal in this market. Therefore, we are very excited to be part of this downturn in the U.S. real estate market.
