Our first property is 28+ acres on the outskirts of City of Industry in California, with beautiful views of the city below.  We have had several land use studies and property surveys done to help determine future use of the land. 

The next property we have is an 18 hole golf course in Arizona.  Along with the course is a beautiful club house that seats over 400 people.  In addition for the customer who wants to stay at the course, we have 200 RV camp sites available with full hook ups.

                       

Our next property is an acre and a half on the outskirts of Palm Springs, CA.  This lot we own free and clear.  Our plan is to keep it until such time as we find a good trade up for the company or sell it for a reasonable profit.

Our next real estate transaction is 5.17 acres of land in AZ.  The property has 85% finished pads.  Our plan is to hold onto this piece for 2-3 years and sell for a profit.
