One of our main objectives is to buy 500 residential properties for our portfolio to begin with.  Right now in Nevada there are over 186,000 abandoned or empty houses.  In Phoenix alone there are over 227,000 vacant homes.  So buying 500 homes to start with is only a drop in the bucket.  This is merely a fractional percentage of the properties available in these two states alone.  We have included some of the residential properties we either own, have in escrow or have Letters of Intent on.  This gives you a sample of the type properties and the mix that we are striving to achieve.
